"Actually really happy with this shirt"
The shirt feels really nice and comfortable, and the print still looks great even after washing it. i’m impressed so far.

"Good support, just a little slow"
I had a problem with my Marvel.com account where a comic I bought wasn’t showing up, so I reached out to support. They replied the next day, which was fine, but I was hoping it’d be a bit quicker :)
The support person was friendly and got it fixed without turning it into a big hassle. I did have to explain the issue twice, which was a little annoying, but it all worked out in the end. Would’ve been 5 stars if that first reply came faster!

"Pretty fresh most days"
I check Marvel.com often and it’s usually updated fast with new trailers, comic news, and stuff like that. Every now and then you’ll run into an older page that feels kinda forgotten, but overall it stays fresh and up to date. Not perfet, but good enough for me.

"Refund process dragged on forever"
I asked for a refund thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The replies were slow, then I’d wait again, then hear back with not much of an update, and meanwhile the weeks just kept passing. I get that things can take time, but it was frustrating and didn’t leave the best impression

"No surprise charges, thankfully"
I signed up through marvel.com and the billing part was way easier than I expected. The price was shown clearly before I paid, and the receipt hit my email almost right away. I remember this weird detail because I was eating a bowl of cereal at the time and checked my inbox before the cereal even got soggy. No random extra fees showed up later, and I didn’t have to hunt around to find my subscription info in my account. Simple and upfront, which I appreciate. 5 stars from me.

"Felt a little misled, but logging in was easy"
I was expecting the whole marvel.com account login to be more complicated based on what I’d heard, so I felt a bit misled going in. But once I tried it, I got into my account without any trouble. Even resetting my password when I forgot it was quick. No weird errors, no long waiting around, it was actually smooth.

"Canceling felt more frustrating than it should’ve"
I tried canceling my Marvel subscription it took me way longer than I expected. Maybe I was missing something obvious, but the steps felt kind of hidden and confusing. I kept second-guessing whether I was even in the right place. I did eventually get it canceled, but the whole process was annoying.

"Relieved I Can Still Trust Marvel’s Site"
I’ve been using marvel.com for official updates and merch, and I was kind of relieved after trying it because everything felt legit and I haven’t run into any weird issues. The site does get a little slow sometimes, but overall I still trust it for Marvel stuff.

"The comic reader is literally so frustrating"
I was excited to catch up on newer Marvel issues, but the reader has been kind of a pain. It lags a lot, and sometimes the pages load blurry for no reason. Zooming in on my tablet is literally annoying too. The comics themselves are great, but the actual site/app reading experience definitely needs some work

I’ve been browsing marvel.com and it’s easy to get around, you know? I was able to find comics, character pages, and news without much trouble. Some pages did load a little slow for me, and the menu can feel kind of crowded at times, but overall it works fine. If you’re just looking to browse Marvel stuff casually, it does the job well.

I signed up for the Marvel subscription mostly to read comics, it’s been a good deal so far. There’s a huge amount of stuff on there, so if you’re reading regularly, the price makes sense. Obviously, if you barely open it, it’s probably not worth paying for. The app and site can be a little clunky at times, and finding certain things isn’t always as easy as it should be, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Pages load almost suspiciously fast"
Marvel.com has been loading really fast for me on both my phone and laptop. I was clicking around between character pages and videos, and I kept expecting something to lag or freeze, but it didn’t. For a site that big, it feels weirdly smooth. No issues so far, though I’m still half-waiting for the catch.

"Huge comic selection, app is about what I expected"
There’s a ton to read here, which is exactly why I wanted to try it. The comic library is great. The app itself is just okay, though, pages and sections can load slowly. I kind of expected that going in, and yeah, it pretty much confirmed what I’d heard: awesome selection, but the app could be smoother.

It works well on my phone for the most part, and the pages usually load without any trouble. That said, I’ve had a couple small moments that made me question how reliable it really is, so I don’t fully trust it yet.

"Shipping was smooth and right on schedule"
I placed my Marvel order and everything went pretty much the way you’d hope it would. It shipped when they said it was going to ship, and the tracking information updated normally along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering where the package was or if it had gotten stuck somewhere. It arrived on time, the box wasn’t damaged or all beat up, and the items inside were fine. It wasn’t some over-the-top amazing delivery experience or anything, but it was reliable and easy, which is really all I was looking for. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again

I bought a shirt from marvel.com and the checkout process was surprisingly smooth. The payment page loaded fast, I didn’t run into any weird errors, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Maybe I’m just used to sites making checkout harder than it needs to be, but this felt easy overall, right?

"Search usually works well for me"
I can usually find the comics I’m looking for quickly, so the search does its job most of the time. Every now and then the results seem a little random, but maybe I just happened to catch it at a bad time...

"Fun little extras for fans"
I really like the exclusive stuff, it’s fun, fun to check out as a fan. I just wish the updates came a bit faster sometimes because it can feel a little slow, slow between new things.
